Yes. Complimentary shuttle bus service will run between official hotels and Expo Santa Fe during the morning and afternoon hours around the show’s opening and closing times. Visit the Shuttle Bus Service page for more information.

Booths 9 square meters and under are allowed a maximum height of 3.5 meters
Booths over 9 square meters and under 36 square meters are allowed a maximum height of 5 meters
Booths over 36 square meters are allowed a maximum height of 7 meters
Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of booth space reserved. Additional badges are $60 MXN through Friday, May 3, 2024 and increase to $140 MXN after May 3.
Note: Badges will not be mailed and can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration, or at the EXPO PACK Mexico Office between May 20 - 23, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM only.

Every exhibiting company receives a unique code that can be used for complimentary attendee registration! Free customized marketing collateral including is now available to all exhibitors! Login to the ERC and select the Customer Invite Program widget to access these free marketing tools.
Badges can be picked up onsite as you arrive for the show. Registration is easily accessible in the main lobby of EXPO Santa Fe.
Registration is $100 through May 3 and $200 after. Registration includes access to free educational sessions on the Innovation Stage and KEYNOTES.

Yes, the Baggage and Coat Check is in the lobby next to Hall A entrance. Hours of operations: June 4-7, 10:00am - 7:00pm
Students are welcome to attend EXPO PACK México on Friday, June 7 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm only. All students must register as a student in advance and receive approval. Students must present their printed confirmation or QR code at along with their student ID the Student Registration Desk.
