Adriana Rueda

L'Oréal

Adriana Rueda is Director of Packaging Development and Innovation for Latin America at L'Oréal. She has more than 16 years of experience in research and development, materials, and project management across industries including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics.

Before joining L'Oréal, she held leadership roles at COEXPAN, Groupe Rocher, SC Johnson, Grupo Bimbo, and Pfizer, where she led multidisciplinary teams and drove the development of new products in dynamic markets.

Luiza De Andrade

Henkel

Luiza De Andrade, Regional Packaging Director for Hair and Body Care at Henkel, is a chemical engineer with more than 12 years of experience in packaging research, development, and engineering within consumer goods companies such as Grupo Boticário, Beiersdorf, and Henkel.

Throughout her career, she has led packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives, including design for recyclability and the use of post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.

Santiago Hernández

Grupo Herdez

Santiago Hernández Pons Riba has more than 12 years of experience in the food and consumer goods industry. He currently serves as Director of Operational Efficiencies at Grupo Herdez and as President of the Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Alimentos Enlatados de México (CANAINCA).

At Grupo Herdez, he has led strategies in sourcing, marketing, sales, and operational optimization, with a focus on market analysis and project management to strengthen the competitiveness of Mexico’s food industry.
