Nydia Suppen, PhD, founder and director of the Life Cycle Analysis and Sustainable Design Center (CADIS) in Mexico. Consultant and a specialist in responsible production and consumption from the United Nations.

She is a graduate of the Instituto Politecnico Nacional of Mexico from the Food Engineering career. She began her career in the National Chamber of the Bakery Industry in the training area, and is currently in charge of the technical area and issues related to sustainability in the National Chamber of the Food Canning Industry, CANAINCA. She has participated in working groups with the authorities for the development of Official Mexican Standards, and carried out different collaborations with some Institutions such as EMA, GIZ and FoodTech.
He is president of CANAINCA and vice president of the Mexican Federation of Industrial Chambers (CONCAMIN). He also holds an executive position at Jugos del Valle - Santa Clara and is president of the Healthy Life Movement (MOVISA). Malagón has over 35 years of experience working for Grupo FEMSA and the Coca-Cola System, where he made part of strategic growth projects leading teams.
He is General Director of CANAINCA as representative for 95% of the sector, which is affiliated to the Chamber. His management has been decisive in incrementing the Chamber’s presence before authorities, as well as the national and international private sector. For more than 4 years, he worked as General Director of the Mexican Bakery Industry and Similars National Chamber.
Carlos Velasco is an associate professor at BI Norwegian Business School in Norway, a consultant and author. He obtained his doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University (United Kingdom). After that, he carried out post doctorate studies in the UK (Sussex University), Malaysia (Imagineering Institute), and Singapore (Nanyang Technological University). Carlos’ work is multidisciplinary, involving psychology, marketing, and the human-computer interaction. He specializes in the comprehension of the multisensory experience and its basic principles.

She is a consultant and a specialist in responsible production and consumption from the United Nations, founder and director of the Life Cycle Analysis and Sustainable Design Center (CADIS) in Mexico, position in which she applies her studies in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics and Automatization from the Monterrey Higher Studies Technological Institute (ISTEM), as well as her doctorate in Life Cycle from the Osaka University of Japan.
