BOOTH PREFERENCES
Please list your top three booth choices and provide measurements for each as they appear on the floor plan. These booth space requests are used by show management to help understand where you would like to exhibit – booth choices are not guaranteed. Show management will review any requested booth choices at the time of your booth selection and use them as reference if we are unable to reach you on the date & time of your selection.
PAYMENT TERMS
Regular Price: 25% September 14, 2020 25% November 17, 2020 50% February 15, 2021
After your space assignment is made, Show Management will send an official contract and invoice. Your company must return the signed space contract and deposit indicated on the invoice. The contract is not binding without receipt of payment. Failure to comply with specified deadlines will result in forfeiture of your company’s assigned booth space
ONLINE LISTING UPGRADES
The EXPO PACK México website houses the official online exhibitor directory, floor plans and My Show Planner tool used by attendees looking for exhibitors, new products and services. The information is updated in real time before, during and after the show.
Direct attendees to your expanded online exhibitor listing with Enhanced Online Packages and advertisements in the online exhibitor directory. Features include moving your company to the top of search results, highlighting your booth on the floor plan and strategically placing content for maximum visibility.
EXPO PACK MÉXICO SHOWCASE

Promote your exhibit to show attendees. When you advertise in the official pre-show planner, EXPO PACK México SHOWCASE, from Mundo PMMI, you’ll receive a Company Profile page including product information, images and booth number. 8,500 copies will be mailed to professionals in Latin America, including pre-registrants. 8,500 copies will also be distributed at EXPO PACK México.
